The Meruelo's flew the kids to Tempe and paid for accommodations, dinners, and took the kids to a suite box at the hockey team they owned, Arizona Coyotes.

The Meruelo's flew the students up to Reno to stay at their property, Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. Melissa and Chris drove the students to visit Lake Tahoe.

Christmas with the Clydesdales at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. Michael Kennedy hosted the students on board for the afternoon.

Melissa hosts a pool party each summer to get the students together and for the incoming students to bond with the other classmates.

Board member, Robert Chiti, generously hosted a dinner for HCF students at his restaurant mama bird Southern Kitchen where they had the opportunity to try a variety of flavored dishes.

HCF Student Health & Wellness Hike

Hospitality Charitable Foundation has donated more than $1 million to philanthropic local partners including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Lied Discovery Children’s Museum, UNLV Rebel Athletic Foundation, Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation, Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and The Las Vegas Latin Chamber of Commerce.

HCF was named the Nevada Blind Children Foundation’s Conner Award Honoree in 2012 and helped to provide the food and drinks for the third-annual LadyBug Ball. HCF is also proud to have partnered with Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino to host a Wish-Granting Ball in 2008 to celebrate the 1,000th wish granted by Make-A-Wish Foundation in the Las Vegas Vallley.

Along with donations, HCF encourages it’s students to “pay it forward” by giving back to the community that has supported them.
